After her husband’s death, Karen took the opportunity to take her life back. At 72, Karen is now in the best shape of her life and has found a loving and supportive community at Anytime Fitness.

During her fifth pregnancy, Misti Hernandez was hospitalized from complications related to her obesity. She had the courage to take control over her health and joined Anytime Fitness. With help from her trainer and Team workouts, Misti got her life back.

When Erica Broussard was unexpectedly diagnosed with cancer, her doctors weren’t hopeful she would survive. She was determined to prove them wrong and fought for her life. She succeeded, but her treatment left her weak. Things came full circle when Erica turned to Anytime Fitness, the same gym that championed for her through fundraising during her treatment.
