Concentrated workouts involving some light and heavy free weights targeting the core. All exercises are adjustable based on the coaches evaluation. Classes are weekly on Monday @ 6.30pm.
Beginners Bootcamp class
Full body exercises and cardio training with constant verbal motivation from the coach. Classes are weekly on Tuesday and Friday @ 6.30pm.
